Trail systems, open space corridor creation and linkages (of parks, natural, passive and active areas) can become so beautiful and beneficial, that magnetic destinations are created.

For some locations, resorts cause such planning and creation. In other circumstances, locations of natural beauty or creation become the setting for phased destination-quality development.
